Over Nutrient Effect

Many kind of vitamin and nutrition was needed for human body, I’m sure, you know absolutely. But do you know, over nutrient causes of unexpected diseases arise that unsupposedly.

As Natural Living Today, American magazine there are some side effect for high consumption of
nutrient that make a concern.
  • Vit A – 5000 I.U – Hair loss, dry skin, fatigue, high risk of baby physical defect on pregnancy
  • Vit D – 200 I.U – Feel nauseous and vomit, headache, reduce taste eat
  • Vit C – 60 mg. – Diarrhea, gallstone causes
  • Calcium – 800 mg – Feel nauseous and vomit, Depression, dry mouth, bladder more
  • Selenium – 55 mcg – Finger nail and hair more brittle, lazy, pale face, bad breath
  • Zinc – 12 mg. – Reducing of body immunity response, feel nauseous and vomit
  • Iron - 15 mg – Constipation, belly disturbance, bursitis, skin become brownish
  • Vit B6 - 1.6 mg. – nerve damage
