Sometimes, the skin has a low level of sebum, which is the natural oil that is produced by skin glands. It's called dry skin and can not retain moisture and will dry and feel tight when washed and in some extreme moments, may show some signs of cracks and breaks. The wind and high or low temperatures can rob the natural moisture and make your skin feels tight on the bones. Dry skin is also going to need a lot of easy cleaning, massage to stimulate sebum production and much of the quality of moisture and oil. Eat a well balanced diet that is loaded with vitamins and minerals is a great idea. You must include some sulfur-containing foods such as onions, garlic, asparagus and eggs, as part of their diet. You can eat more carrots and orange vegetables and yellow. You should refrain from alcohol, caffeine, coffee, tea, and sugary drinks. Other issues that limit are French fries and other junk foods that are high in fat or nonfat. This will help maintain healthy skin and let dry.
