Bronchitis - Cough is the Sign

Bronchitis generally refers to an acute inflammation of the air passages within your lungs. It occurs when your trachea - windpipe and the large and small bronchi - airways in your lungs become inflamed because of infection or other causes.

• The thin mucous lining of these airways can become irritated and swollen.
• The cells that make up this lining may leak fluids in response to the inflammation.
• Coughing is a reflex that works to clear secretions from your lungs. Often the discomfort of a severe cough leads you to seek medical treatment.
• Both adults and children can get bronchitis.
• Symptoms are similar for both.
• Infants usually get bronchiolitis, which involves the smaller airways and causes symptoms similar to asthma.

Alternative treatment for bronchitis, you can drinking the healing juice below:

• Morning: 250cc Carrots Juice mixture and 125cc Spinach Juice
• Day: 250cc Carrot juice mixture and 75cc Dandelion
• Noon: 75 cc Lemon juice and 1 radish

Polygonum Chinense

As Polygonaceae families this genus primarily grows in northern temperate regions. They vary widely from prostrate herbaceous annual plants under 5 cm high, others erect herbaceous perennial plants growing to 3–4 m tall, and yet others perennial woody vines growing to 20–30 m high in trees; several are also aquatic, growing as floating plants in ponds.

The smooth-edged leaves vary greatly in shape between species, and can be narrow lanceolate, oval, broad triangular, heart shaped or arrowhead shaped; they range from 1–30 cm long. The stems are often reddish or red-speckled. The flowers are small, pink, white, or greenish, forming in summer in dense clusters from the leaf joints or stem apices.

• 30 – 60 grams fresh herbs or 15 – 30 drying herbs was boiled with 5 glasses become 2 glasses of water

Citrus aurantiifolia

Also known as the Mexican lime, West Indian lime or Bartender's lime, has a globose fruit, 2.5-5 cm in diameter (1-2 in), that is yellow when ripe but usually picked green commercially.
