Reason:
High protein food, carbohydrate and zinc can hold on the energy rather to long, could be make the energy to be exist till noon and not too hungry

Dinner
Low fat food like 300 gram chicken meat, little toasted potato, half cup of broccoli.
Reason:
High fat food was difficult to be out off, that means blood that dissolved needed would be taken from muscle. It can be disturb of the exercise.
