Great Hair Tonic Neetle Leaf Tea

Stinging nettle is other kind of alternative treatment has been used to treat rheumatism, arthritis, gout, eczema and anemia for centuries. Nowadays, it is recognized as a diuretic and therefore used to treat urinary tract infections and kidney stones. The anti-inflammatory properties of the leaves have also been recognized as effective in treating pain resulting from arthritis and the symptoms of certain kinds of hay fever. It is cautioned that nettle taken orally can cause miscarriage while creams or other applications to the skin can cause an allergic reaction. It may also cause lowered blood pressure and heart rate.

Nettles have historically as an alternative medicine used to treat rheumatism, eczema, gout, anemia and arthritis. The stinging nettle is an herbaceous perennial found throughout the whole of Europe, much of Asia, Canada and United States. The popularity of stinging nettle products is increasing in the field of alternative medicine.

It is an abundant weed on rich soils in gardens and waste ground. From its profusely branched yellow rootstock rise numerous quadrangular stems. It grows up to 120 cm high. The leaves are soft, pointed, with a serrated margin. Stinging hairs cover the whole plant. Brushing against a nettle can result, in a very sore and uncomfortable rash.

Centella asiatica also known as daun kaki kuda, Indian Pennywort and Mandookaparni) has been used for centuries as a medicinal herb and was referred to in the French pharmacopoeia in 1884, as well as the ancient traditional Chinese Shennong Herbal some 2,000 years ago, as well in Indian Ayurvedic medicine some 3,000 years ago.

Medical plants treatment used for:

Compositions
Centella Asiatica contains a variety of ingredients, but the active ingredients are :
asiaticoside , brahmoside and brahminoside, madecassoside (a glycoside with strong anti-inflammatory properties), madecassic acid, thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, vitamin K, asparate, glutamate, serine, threonine, alanine, lysine, histidine, magnesium, calcium and sodium.

Are they called sunflowers because the flowerhead looks like the sun or because it follows the sun across the sky, looking east in the morning and ending the day facing the setting sun in the west?

There are so many different-looking cultivars of sunflower that it's hard to make generalizations about the whole species. Most sunflowers are tall 8-15 ft (2.4-4.6 m); most have rough-hairy oval to heart shaped leaves; most have large flowerheads 8-12 in (20-30.5 cm) across; and most have yellow ray florets and purplish brown disk florets. The ray florets of sunflowers are sterile, and only the disk florets produce seeds.

Medical plants treatment for diseases:

Headache
25 – 30 grams Flowers and 1 egg
Was boiled with 3 glasses of water until ½ glass left


Mastitis
Helianthus Annuus flowers head (without the nut) was cut into small pieces and dried
Fried without oil until scorch then pouched
Mixed 10 – 15 gram powder each with white arrack, sugar and warm water
Then was drank 3 times a day

Note:

For the first, you must drunk till be sweaty, used the blanket for necessary


Rheumatics
Helianthus Annuus flowers head was boiled become porridge
Stuck on the part of body that was pained


Dysentery
Enter the Helianthus Annuus flowers nuts in the hot water (not boil), was leaved till 1 hour
Take and add sugar for necessary then was drunk


Cystitis, Constipate (Defecate or Bladder difficulty)
15 – 30 gram fresh Helianthus Annuus flowers root was boiled for 10 - 15 minutes and then was drunk


COMPOSITION :
Sun Flowers the part of flowers contained Quercimeritrin, helianthoside A, B, C, oleanicacid
Sun Flowers the part of nuts contained a sitosterol, prostaglandine E, chlorogenic acid, quinic acid, phytin, 3, 4 - benzoperene.

Medicine for the illness:

Pain in the stomach
