Keep Your Brain Health

Other ways you can use to keep your health in brain to increase the power of memory you can read on the ways below:

Keep a detailed calendar a good way of remembering birthdays, anniversaries, etc., is to hang a birthday calendar on the door of your toilet. It's a fine idea and it works. Also you should use a pocket calendar or electronic organizer to keep appointments and other important dates. Also you should write in your calendar lists of things that you have to do each day. Be sure to write down the names of people to call, any bills you need to pay and any errands you need to run. You should have this with you all the time for easy reference.

Repeat names when you meet new people Repetition is one of the best ways of learning something and remembering things. When you meet a new acquaintance, the more you politely repeat his or her name in the following conversation, the more you will retain their names in your memory.

Run through the ABC's in your head will help you think of words you're having trouble in remembering. "Hearing" the first letter of a word may jog your memory.

Above all do things that keep you mind and even you body busy. Experts all agree that memory when you grow older can be improved and retained by exercise. Any form of physical exercise from sports, walking and swimming to gardening and even dancing will help to improve your body circulation and bring your body a supply a much-needed fresh oxygen. Mental exercises will help you stimulate the brain cells; the more the variety in these exercises the better.
